Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise and clash with your scheduled appointment. Let us know with more than 24 hours notice, and we’re happy to reschedule!
However, if you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, we will have to charge 50% of your appointment fee.
If you cancel on the day of the appointment, or simply don’t show up, then we will charge you full price.
